Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information OC Freight Solutions LLC (“we”, “us”) collects through ocfreightsolutions.com, why, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect only what you choose to send us, we use it to contact you, and we never sell it.

What we collect

When you apply for a job, the application form asks for:

• your name and phone number;
• your email address, if you choose to give it;
• whether you hold a CDL, and how long you have been driving;
• your city or ZIP code, if you choose to give it;
• your co-driver’s name and phone number, if you apply as a team and choose to give them;
• anything you write in the optional note.

We do not ask for your Social Security number, date of birth or driver’s license number on this website. If we move forward with your application, those are collected later, as part of the DOT employment application required by federal regulations.

When you visit any page, our web server records the technical details every website receives — your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time — and keeps them for security and to prevent abuse of the application form.

This website does not use cookies, advertising, analytics or tracking tools, and does not allow any third party to collect information about you as you use it.

How we use it

• To contact you about the job you applied for, by phone or text, and by email if you gave one.
• To keep a record of applications as part of our hiring process.
• To keep this website secure and working.

We do not use your information for marketing, and we do not sell, rent or trade it to anyone.

Who else sees it

Your application is stored on servers we rent from our hosting provider, and when you apply we are notified by email through our email delivery provider. These companies handle the information only to provide those services to us. Otherwise we share it only if the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep applications for as long as they are useful for hiring and as long as the law requires us to keep hiring records. Server logs are kept for a limited time and then deleted.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop calling or texting you at any time — just tell us when we call, or reply STOP to a text.

“Do Not Track”

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. Because this website does not track you across sites or over time, it behaves the same whether or not that signal is sent.

Children

This website is not directed to children. Our driver positions require applicants to be at least 23 years old, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
